Consultant to the Owner
Global serves to represent the owner’s interests and intentions to the design team and other related professionals. Global evaluates proposals, construction documents and work performed.
Design Team Consultant
Perform the planning and schematic design services and prepare the construction documents for sport and sport-related improvements.
Design/Build Team
When both design and building are handled by a single team, GS&TDG teams up with the best contractors.
As Prime-Consultant
Global would manage and coordinate all the design and engineering services for the renovation and construction of sports facilities.
